  4. HEAT EXHAUSTION4 • SKIN • PALE • CLAMMY & HEAVY SWEATING • PULSE • WEAK • RAPID • PUPILS • DILATED • BREATHING • RAPID • SHALLOW • TEMPERATURE • NORMAL OR BELOW

  5. HEAT STROKE5 • SKIN • MOIST THEN BECOMES DRY • RED AND VERY HOT • PULSE • RAPID / STRONG - WEAK LATE STAGES • PUPILS • CONSTRICTED • BREATHING • RAPID • TEMPERATURE • HIGH 103 OR HIGHER • CONVULSIONS POSSIBLE COMA

  6. FIRST AID6 • GET THEM COOLED DOWN • APPLY COLD WET TOWELS • SHOCK POSITION: • NORMAL FOR HEAT EXHAUSTION • RAISE UPPER BODY IN HEAT STROKE • IF CONSCIOUS SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER • CALL EMS

  9. FROSTBITE9 DON'T RUB • SUBMERGE IN WATER 100-105 DEGREES • AT LEAST 20-30 MINUTES
