  18. Changing the Password • All MUST change the Password to a • personal one at the first logon • After entering Username & Password • and before clicking on Logon, click on • the Change Password radio button, • then click on Logon bplatt@juno.com

  22. The Query Function • Throughout the Screens a Query • Function is available • A Query can be made • on any column where • the contents of a • column can be sorted • by clicking on the • column label button Click on Query then on Enter bplatt@juno.com

Query (cont’d) • Query can be made on partial data • by using the Oracle “wildcard” - % • “Brown%” will bring all whose name • begins with Brown • “Brown, %” will bring all Browns • “%234%” will bring all boats with a • registration number that contains “234” • Using Query takes practice.   24. Query (cont’d) • After entering the data to be searched for • click on Query and then Execute (Citrix users may use F8 instead of above) • If the query is unsuccessful, click on • Query and Cancel before moving on bplatt@juno.com

  25. Overview of Menu Selections • ACTIVITY LOGS-Enter Unit, Boat, Air, or Radio Resource Activity (duration, crew make-up, mission details, tasks, etc.) • MEMBER STATUS - Update Member information • RESOURCE STATUS -Enter and update appointed and elected officer assignments. bplatt@juno.com
