What is context? “Describe one advantage of using primary market research for a business such as Top Shop” If you showed your answer, but not the question, to a stranger could they guess what business type you are writing about? (Just writing in the company name in the answer doesn’t count!) Yes? You’ve got context No? You have work to do
  3. Using your knowledge of business, assess the importance of good communication to a company such as H&M (10 marks) Good communication is important because it will make employees feel as part of a team if they are informed about what is going on in the business, such as when brining out a new season fashion. This sense of team will result in employees feeling more motivated which could therefore cause them to provide better customer service than competition such as New Look.
