    4. 4 A-GNOSC Mission Statement A-GNOSC directs the operations, management, and defense of the LandWarNet in order to provide secure and available information across the Joint Strategic, Operational, and Tactical Domains to enable WarFighter Decision Dominance. METL Tasks: Direct, monitor, and support Enterprise Management across the LandWarNet Plan, Direct, and support Network Defense across the LandWarNet Execute technical control and enforce Compliance across the LandWarNet Operate, maintain, manage, and defend Army Global Enterprise Services Support and maintain A-GNOSC Operational capabilities Monitor and enable Content Management across the LandWarNet

    16. 16 Recommended Army Cyberspace Priorities Future needs should be addressed across the DOTMLPF spectrum Need ONE proponent, 2) Need ONE MDEP, 3) Education and Career Path Development Cyber PM comments - Fix Capability Development and Implementation. Cannot continue on the same path its on today. CapDev must be faster as the cyber threat is dynamic and complex; we can’t wait 3 years for every capability. 3 years is two to three generations of some capabilities. Future needs should be addressed across the DOTMLPF spectrum Need ONE proponent, 2) Need ONE MDEP, 3) Education and Career Path Development Cyber PM comments - Fix Capability Development and Implementation.
