  2. Objectives • In this course, we will discuss the Top Ten most-frequently cited serious violations in General Industry for Federal Fiscal Year 2013. • The Top Ten list includes data about citations and violations issued from October 1, 2012, through September 30, 2013 in N.C.

  3. Hazard Communication 1910.1200(e)(1) • Number 1: Written program • The employer shall have a written hazard communication program.
