  7. CURSO PROPEDÉUTICO Matemáticas, Geometría, Manual de convivencia, Hábitos de Estudio $70.000 (Que deben ser cancelados en la tesorería del colegio antes de la iniciación del curso) 15 – 19 de Diciembre de 2014 19 – 22 de Enero de 2015 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

  8. MATRÍCULA • Certificado original de Quinto grado, firmado por Rector(a) y Secretario(a). Para los colegios privados, autenticada la firma de Rector (a) y Secretario (a) en Notaría. • Pagaré firmado, sin huellas digitales, ni fechas ni valores. Deben venir con fotocopia(s) ampliada (s) al 150% de la (las) cédula(s) de los que firmaron. • Certificación E.P.S. o del SISBEN con NIVEL y copia del carné. • Constancia diligenciada de libre aceptación del Manual de Convivencia. Este documento debe venir con las firmas autenticadas en Notaría. • Cuatro fotografías tamaño 3x4, fondo azul. • Paz y Salvo General de la Institución anterior. • Fotocopia de la Tarjeta de Identidad ampliada al 150% • Volante original de consignación. 21 Y 24 DE NOVIEMBRE RECLAMAR CIRCULAR EN LA SECRETARÍA GENERAL
