Venue / Area • In the heart of Estonia, near small town Türi. • Flat,attractive,open landscapes with unlimited safe landing options. • Reserved exclusively for EPC 2013 with no other flying activities in the area. • Minimum of no-flying zones, flight restrictions and other air traffic. • Area with low population density. • Support of a small town Türi infrastructure nearby (2 km)

  6. Venue / Accommodation • Hotel “Veskisilla” (meaning “Millbridge”), an old restored watermill. Homepage: www.veskisilla.ee • Location: Türi-Alliku, 2 km fromairfield, 1 km from Türi, 10 km from Paide, 100 km from Tartu, 100 km from Tallinn. • Reserved exclusively for EPC 2013. • 46 places in hotel. • 15 places in motel. • Unlimited places for camping with enough showers, saunas and toilets available. • Huge catering and party-hall for over 200 people. • 8 saunas. • A lot of rooms and spaces for briefings and meetings. • Wireless internet. • Workshop support available. • Alternative activities for bad weather available.

  9. Weather • Wind average: 2,6 m/s • Temperature average: 11 – 15 C • In the end of May daytime high temperatures in mid Estonia can often reach 25 C and over. Mean time night temperatures can be quite calm, even below 10 C. • Such difference may create strong thermals in midday, resulting usually in a non-flyable weather approximately from 12.00 to 16.00. • In this time of the year Estonia is known by white nights, which means excellent flying conditions early in the morning (from 4.00) and late in the evening (until 22.00). • With utilizing the best flying weather available, it will be possible to providequite strange but very stable program.Instead of exhaustive parawaiting at midday it is possible to revert day and night - to sleep mainly at daytime and to be effective in competition flying at evenings and early mornings.

They all have significant paramotoring background as pilots and/or as organizers and teamleaders at many local and international paramotor competitions in recent years.

  12. Classes • Paramotors: PF1 & PF2 • Paratrikes: PL1 & PL2 • Minimum of 4 countries for a valid class

Media • EPC Media Service will be established to deal with all media services and public relations. • Special internet site will be set up for online news, information, pictures and videos uploading and sharing. • The Estonian most popular commercial TV channel “Kanal 2” will be covering the whole event with specialsand daily news. • Additional TV news coverage will bearranged in sport’s news of another commercial TV channel TV3 and in State Channel ETV. • Local radio station “Kuma” will be present daily with live specials and news. • BNS (Baltic News Service) agency will be provided with news by EPC Media Service daily. • Video production will be organized for TV Special & DVD release.

Fees Entry Fee: • 350.- € for each pilot. • 350.- € for each co-pilot (navigator). • 250.- € for each teamleader. • 100.- € for assistants. • No fee for family and visitors, exept for party dinners. • Entry Fee will be lowered by 50.- if payd before 1. March 2013. Entry Fees include: • Competition management (setting, organizing, controlling and evaluating the tasks,displaying the results, briefings, prizegiving, media coverage etc.). • All competition materials (maps, task descriptions, competition numbers etc.) • Training days arrangements (training task management etc.). • Free use of the airfield. • Free entrance to all official events, including opening and closing ceremonies with corresponding parties and dinners. • Weatherproof overnight storage for aircraft and equipment. • Environmental fee (toilets and waste management).

Fees Pilot’s Special Package for Accommodation & Catering: • 350.- €/person in double or triple hotel room with TV, shower & toilet. • 300.- €/person in 4 bed motel room with common shower & toilet. • 250.- €/person for camping (near the hotel) with shower & toilet fascilities nearby. Accommodation & Catering fees include: • Accommodation from 23.05. to 2.06. with late checkout option. • TV, Showers and toilets according to accommodation category. • Wireless internet coverage. • Use of hotel and motel briefingrooms, meetingrooms, task planning spaces & partyhall. • Reasonable use of saunas every evening. • Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, starting from the dinner on 23.05 evening until the breakfast on 2.06. morning, excluding party dinners after the opening and closing ceremonies. Note: • Pilot’s Special Package deal is valid also for teamleaders, assistants and family members upon availability.
