Project Expectations…. • Select one Master Artist work of art that you will use and appropriate like the examples we just saw! • You will find out some key information about that artist and the work of art • Your final project will be a colored pencil drawing of the Master work of art with appropriation and or parody elements. • On the last day of this project we will conduct a formal class critique and you will present to the class your work of art

How do I Get Started??? • Go to the library • GO TO BOOKS FIRST!!!!!!! • Look through art history books and find an artist or image you think you would like to use and or explore further • After you have discussed your choices and or interest with Mrs. Klopcic or Ms. Lemrise you may go to a computer and further your search. • Find a HIGH QUALITY image that you can print in color • You must get approval from Ms. Lemrise or Mrs. Klopcic before printing your image!
