The T-E-A-C-H program aims to improve teachers' professional abilities through training and recognition. With activities such as training, cascading models, and awards, the program has trained over 47,000 teachers and benefited 7 million children.

  2. Footprints of T-E-A-C-H T-E-A-C-H program is being implemented across 27 States and Union Territories

  3. The program aims to improve the professional abilities and performances of teachers through training and recognition to outstanding teachers with Nation Builder Award.

  4. Activities under Teacher Support • Training and re-training of teachers • Independently by Clubs • Cascading model through Global Grant • Recognition to outstanding teachers with the Nation Builder Awards

  5. Achievement under Teacher Support 47,123 Teachers Trained across India 7 Million children are estimated to be benefitting from this project. A Teacher Training workshop in association with British Council by RID 2982 Nation Builder Award 21,663 Teachers felicitated with Nation Builder Award Felicitation of a teacher with NBA by IWC Ambala Cant.

Cascading model • RILM’s cascade model is about training Cluster Academic Coordinators (CAC) in collaboration with Government and Training agencies. • CAC in turn effectively train, monitor and mentor all the teachers of the state • The cascading model will be implemented through Global Grant. • One such model is now being implemented with the Government of Chhattisgarh

  9. The program aims at improving the quality of teaching and learning through the use of curriculum based audio-visual modules in local languages. It is a single classroom installation through an integrated solution of hardware and software.

Benefits of E-learning • RILM E learning program is named as E-Shiksha • The model includes state board mapped curriculum based audio-visual modules in local languages • Integrated use of hardware and software where the hardware is a LCD projector/LED TV and software is the multimedia content • Single classroom installation in a State funded school

  32. The program aims to provide/upgrade the infrastructural and co-scholastic facilities in schools to make them secure and happy learning places for the students.

Adopt a Government / Government-aided school and transform it into a Happy School by fulfilling all the 9 criteria's of the Happy School Program: • Painted, well maintained and secure school building • Adequate and functional separate toilets for boys and girls • Hand washing stations • Clean and adequate drinking water for both students and teachers • Library • Sports Equipment • Benches and desks for students • Well maintained space for teaching staff • Shoes and school bags for students
