DG contract management and challenges • Project deliverables must be submitted as stipulated in the signed MOA. • MOA’s have an expiry date – Tranches can’t be processed after the expiry date. • Evidence must be relevant and within the timeframe (current financial year is 01 April 2018 - 31 March 2019) • Recruitment of learners and Induction . • To be done soon after submitting MOA’s within timeframes. • Learners to be given full induction – must know rules and regulations. • Learner contracts must be completed in full before the programme starts and submitted with all attachments. • ID copies must be legible and certified. • Accurate names of programmes and codes. • All signatures and initials. • Accurate start and end dates. • Change requests. • Not ideal – they disrupt CHIETA plans and targets. • Must be submitted within 3 months of MOA submission. • Can’t be accepted after Tranche 1b has been processed.
