SunilMittalacquires~6%stakeinCG Power TorrentPharmareceivedcertain observationsonIndradplant SharesofTorrentPharmarose1%inthelatemorning tradeontheBSEafterthecompanysaidtheUSFDAhas made'certain'observationsafterinspectionofitsIndrad facility in Gujarat. The audit at Indrad plant of the companywascarriedoutbytheUnitedStatesFoodand DrugAdministration(USFDA)inApril,thecompanysaid intheBSEfiling.Wehavereceivedcertainobservations which are procedural in nature and the company is confidentofaddressingthemsatisfactorily,thecompany added.
