  12. RESCUE BREATHING • *GIVE ONE BREATH EVERY 5 SECONDS . • *RECHECK PULSE AFTER ONE MINUTE .

  13. CPR (CARDIO PULMONARY RESUSCITATION) • *PLACE HANDS IN MIDDLE OF CHEST AND DO 30 CHEST COMPRESSIONS • *GIVE 2 BREATHS • *CONTINUE CYCLES OF 30 COMPRESSIONS /2 BREATHS UNTIL: -YOU ARE TOO TIRED TO CONTINUE -SOMEONE ELSE CAN TAKE OVER -ADVANCED MEDICAL HELP ARRIVES - AED IS AVAILABLE

  14. AED(AUTOMATIC EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR) • FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY AED • AFTER ONE SHOCK, DO CPR WHILE WAITING FOR AED TO TELL YOU TO DELIVER ANOTHER SHOCK
