  1. Annual Institutional Plan 2012-2013 The Annual Plan, based on Building a Stronger Future, the 2010-2013 Strategic Plan, serves as a one-year operational element of the strategic plan. It includes outcomes to be achieved by the College through its administrative, academic, and operational units. The Operational Outcomes represent the basic functions and activities of the institution and account for 70% to 75% of the institutional resources and efforts. Methods of measurement are identified to be used in assessing achievement of the outcomes and to provide data for gauging the success of the institution.

  3. Annual Plan2012-2013 Every unit in the college reviews the Operational Outcomes and develops unit outcomes and strategies that will enable the College to achieve the expected results. Thus, the unit plans are linked to the annual plan, just as the annual plan is linked to the strategic plan and the College mission. Progress in achieving unit outcomes is reviewed at mid-year and evaluated at the end of the year. All unit managers assess their progress, achievements and use of results, which are incorporated into a final end-of-year report. There are four major types of planning units at the college.
