1. TOEFL Registration Procedure The TOEFL tests are carried out over 60 times a year in over 165 countries. Students can register for the test using the ETS website by phone or mail. To sit for the TOEFL tests prospective students need to be identified and registered before sitting for the test. Walk-in registrations are not permitted, therefore, prospective students have to register 2-3 months prior to their preferred test date. The dates for the exams can be obtained from the ETS website: https://www.ets.org Registration requirements •Identification :- The identification requirements for prospective students who wish to sit for TOEFL are standard across all testing centers. The students should provide their names which should, in every respect, match the names on the identification documents they provide. Failure to provide matching names will automatically disqualify the student and they will not be refunded. The identification documents should be the original documents issued by the government to the prospective test- takers. Photocopies are not accepted for purposes of registration. These documents must have clear full names of the prospective students:- •A national identification card or, •National passport or, •National driver’s license In addition to the identification documents, prospective students must have clear photographs of themselves. These photographs must be recent and recognizable. The students must also be able to provide a signature that matches the signature on their identification documents Registration forms will be provided for the prospective students on which they will fill in their registration details. In the event that a student prefers online registration, the students will be required to fill in their registration details on the website. For test takers under the legal age of the host country, the parents or the surviving guardian may be required to sign a release form at the testing center. •Registration dates and location:- The dates and locations for the TOEFL tests are unique to each country. It is key to note that these tests are written more than 60 times a year. More information on the dates and locations for the tests can be accessed on the Educational Testing Services (ETS) website. After successful registration, the students receive an email with the successful registration confirmation. •Registration fees :- Registration fees for the TOEFL may vary according to location. To confirm the registration fees for their host nations, prospective students can visit the ETS website. Generally, if the student wishes to be refunded, they should expect to get only half of the paid test fees, which is in the event that they notify the test centers of the decision at least four days before the test. Failure to notify the test center will automatically disqualify the student from the possibility of a refund.

The site will require you to read and agree with the terms of service before proceeding with registration. 3.Where & When? The next step is to select your preferred Test Center and the date of examination from the available ones. 4.Result Delivery :- TOEFL results can either be mailed or emailed so the next step is to simply choose which option you prefer. 5.Who gets the results? Since candidates often write the test to gain admission, you will be asked to enter the schools that you want to receive your TOEFL results (up to 4 schools). 6.Additional Data :- You will be requested for additional personal data such and also given the opton to join the TOEFL Search Service designed to help you gain admission into other schools that you are eligible for. 7.Payment :- Finally, you can make the payment for the exam depending on your location and test center selected.
