ISTITUTO COMPRENSIVO “CANNIZZARO-GALATTI” MESSINA Prot. n. 7626/C27 Messina, 21.11.2013 AVVISO AI GENITORI ALUNNI SCUOLA SECONDARIA I GRADO Si rende noto alle SSLL che ai fini della validità dell’anno scolastico in corso, come previsto dall’art. 11 Dlvo 59/04, è necessario che gli alunni frequentino i 3/4 del monte orario annuo obbligatorio. Pertanto nel corrente AS è necessaria la frequenza di 775 ore (3/4 di 1033), mentre gli alunni non potranno superare 258 ore di assenza, pari a 43 giorni di attività didattica, salvo le seguenti deroghe definite dal Collegio dei docenti: 1) Patologie certificate degli alunni; 2) Gravi patologie certificate dei genitori; 3) Festività ebraiche; 4) Partecipazione a gare, manifestazioni sportive indette dal CONI o altri enti abilitati; 5) Sostegno scolastico.
