  2. 憑證認證 ※使用憑證認證前請先確認是否有安裝讀卡機並插入自然人憑證 1. 以滑鼠點選憑證按鈕 2. 系統自動跳出新視窗 至憑證頁面

  3. 憑證認證 ※如尚未安裝自然人憑證身份檢驗元件，請依下列步驟安裝!! 1. 以滑鼠左鍵點選頁面 提示處(如無提示則為 已安裝完成) 2. 以滑鼠點選安裝ActiveX 控制項

  4. 憑證認證 ※使用者使用之自然人憑證需與 系統作業人員之名稱相同 1. 系統跳出此視窗後 請以滑鼠點選安裝 即可 ※系統自動顯示使用者姓名與身份證後四碼 2. 以鍵盤輸入PIN CODE後 並按下Enter鍵即可認證

  5. 憑證認證 ※如累計三次PIN碼錯誤即會鎖卡，請至內政部憑證管理中心網站 http://moica.nat.gov.tw/html/index.htm自行解鎖即可 2. 如出現認證錯誤情形，請依錯誤說明 重新確認是否已安裝讀卡機或插入憑 證 1. 如輸入的PIN CODE 錯誤即會出現 系統提示，請再重新輸入即可。

  7. 線上簽核實施範圍 • 目前僅針對函、書函、開會通知單實施線上簽核，並符合以下條件： 1.暫時-不需會辦其他單位的公文(會辦暫不實施線上簽核) 2.公文密等為『普通件』(文書手冊有規定僅普通件才能實行線上簽核) 3.無實體附件(電子附件可實施) • 目前縣府線上簽核僅實行到二、三、四層決行，此項僅供各機關參考，實施到第幾層決行依據各機關內部規定 • 若各機關要開始實施收文線上簽核時，請與縣政府 資訊科余先生5518101#3771　聯繫
