  1. Ejercicios de Diagramación de Procesos Plan Estratégico Los vicepresidentes de una compañía deben presentar su plan estratégico para el siguiente año. Para esto cada vicepresidente encarga a cada director a su cargo de la elaboración parcial del plan indicándole los lineamientos a tener en cuenta dentro del plan, una vez cada director elabora su plan, y el vicepresidente lo revisa hasta que esté satisfecho con el plan.
