  1. Citizenship Quiz For those that weren’t born here, it’s never been easy to become a citizen. In addition to passing a reading and writing test of English proficiency, all applicants must pass a new civics exam. The civics test is an oral exam, with an Immigration Services (IS) officer asking applicants 10 questions of out a possible 100.
