  2. WebCT • Contacting the UCO Help Desk • Select Next. • In this course you will use WebCT to communicate and complete course activities. It is important that you access this system on a regular basis and feel comfortable using this system for learning. BACK NEXT

The Help Desk • Contacting the UCO Help Desk • Select Next. • If you have questions about using WebCT or experience technical issues while completing class activities, you can contact UCO’s Help Desk to receive technical assistance. • When contacting the Help Desk, make sure you have the following information: • Course number (e.g., BIO1114) • CRN (e.g., 23457 or 13478) • User ID and student ID • Telephone number at which you can be reached • Times you are available • A description of the problem BACK NEXT
