  1. Supplemental Figure 1. Representative photomicrographs of phospho-S6RP expression in NeuN-, IBA-1- and GFAP-positive cells at 24 h after sham injury (n = 3). Robust expression of phospho-S6RP was detected in cortical and hippocampal neurons (NeuN+ cells). Occasionally, p-S6RP expression was detected in microglia (IBA-1+ cells) and astrocytes (GFAP+ cells) in cortical but not hippocampal brain regions. Scale bar, 30 um.
