  2. 第一步：将磁粉制动器轴向下放置

  3. 第二步：将端盖的固定螺栓和定子固定螺栓拧开第二步：将端盖的固定螺栓和定子固定螺栓拧开 定子固定螺栓 端盖固定螺栓

  4. 第三步：取下端盖

  5. 第四步：拧开磁粉腔腔盖螺栓

  6. 第五步：取下磁粉腔腔盖

  7. 取下腔盖后直接可以观察到磁粉腔

  8. 第六步：取出定子

  9. 第七步：更换磁粉 图为磁粉腔内部，更换磁粉按以下步骤进行：1.将磁粉腔内原有旧磁粉到处2.用干布清理内壁，如表面有老化烧结磁粉烧粘的内壁表面用砂纸打磨即可。3.按标准量标准目数加入新磁粉

  10. 第八步：清理其它部件表面 使用干布将磁粉腔腔盖（如图左）和定子（如图右）表面清理干净，不要残留旧磁粉。
