  2. What is this initiative? A way for us to get better We will use the feedback we collect through Metrics That Matter (MTM) to make improvements in the content we deliver, the way we train, the way learners practice, and the way we operate. We’re collecting better data to make better decisions This includes survey data on your delivery, the course content, and the technology used as part of training.

  3. How does this impact you? MTM makes your job easier You and the learners will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the courses you deliver The data will help us enable you to deliver training with better content and better resources You can improve your performance Receiving regular feedback from the learners will help you take action to improve your delivery Ultimately, better performance of the learner leads to better business results for our organization

We can’t do this without you Talk about the surveys and their importance at the end of class (using this slide and this script) Encourage learners to provide candid feedback We want to hear from you, too Your feedback can have a huge impact Please take a few minutes to complete the surveys we send you Document your stories When you use data to facilitate change, share your story so it can be leveraged as a best practice and used to create a culture of feedback
