  2. Things to consider • Be prepared • Read the documentation sent prior to interview • Know about the role you are applying for – do research – read around the topic • Consider how you present yourself to the interview panel • Be confident

Things to consider • Consider what questions may be asked by the interview panel – e.g. why do you want the position, what would make you the best person for the position? • What is the role of a physiotherapist/nurse/Operating Department Practitioner etc • What skills do you have that you could bring to the role?

  4. Things to consider • Try to relax during the interview • Discuss the points you are making – try not to use yes or no as your answer • Be prepared to ask the panel questions at the end
