SarveShaktiSuraksha (SSS) • Spanco’sMaha E SevaVimaYojana • Term & Conditions to VLE. • All Enrollment form must dully signed by VLE and customer. • All the Enrolled form must be reached to Spanco office before 7 days of scheme last date. • Without portal entries form will not accepted by Spanco or Bajaj. • Rejected enrollment form will not consider in achievement, till they are not corrected. • Note : • Spanco shall not be held responsible for change any factors which are beyond Spanco’s • Control. • Spanco reserves the right to change/alter or modify the pattern of this scheme (after • discussing with Bajaj)at any time depending upon the market requirements. In certain cases, • Spanco reserves the right to extend the deposit period with the prior approval from • management.

  12. SarveShaktiSuraksha (SSS) • (Product Eligibility / Features / Benefits ) • Min / Max age at entry: 18/65 years. Max age at maturity: 70 years • Policy Term: 5 years • Annual Premiums -1000, 3000, 5000 & 7000 • Sum Assured – 10000 , 30000, 50000 & 70000 ( 10 times of the premium paid ) • One page Enrollment form and Immediate Issuance • No Medicals required • No Age proof required at the time of enrollment • Every member receives Certificate of Insurance (COI) post issuance of policy. • Accidental Death Cover Starts from: Day one ( i.e On receipt of Welcome letter) • Accidental Death Benefit ( ADB ) : Twice the Sum Assured Plus Account Value • Natural Death Cover Starts from 46th day after the receipt of Welcome letter • Maturity Benefit : Account Value • Low surrender penalty and can be surrendered anytime after one month. • Gross Investment Returns for the year 2008 -09 was 8.50% , 2009 -10 was 8.80%, • 2010 -11 was 8.20%
