JDE Consignment Introduction and Demo February 21, 2012 • Scope Review • Replace the current “Magic” spreadsheet solution • Create billing, replenishment, sample, return, and new product orders from within the JDE application for consignment customers and trunk employees • Allow for real-time access to consignment inventory levels and immediate order creation • Introduce immediate validation on Customers, Ship-To’s, PO Numbers, Product Numbers and [ER] equivalents, Quantities, and Expiration Dates • Allow quick access to Customers, Lots, Products, and recently created orders • Ability to support the unique requirements for the US and EU consignment and trunk processing

JDE Consignment Introduction and Demo February 21, 2012 • Functionality Highlights • Default Branch based on your user ID and menu • Consignment Customer, Location, Lot, and Product Search • Product search will accept “ER” or non-”ER” versions • Integration to the JDE Name Search program • Default Branch and Search Type options (C or E) • Ability to display Available inventory or Committed inventory • Simple Item selection and de-selection for processing • Similar screen for order processing • One time entry of Ship-To, PO Number, and Print Messages • Simple entry of quantities to Bill, Replenish/Return, or Sample • Ability to Add new products into Consignment • Automated product substitutions (“ER” vsnon-”ER”)
