    1. Plan Submission Procedures For HDB, LTA & JTC On-going Project After 30th Sep 2005

    2. Categories of Projects New projects include submission of new amendment plans On-going projects (Submissions made to HDB/JTC/LTA before 1 Oct 05) Plans not approved, not issued with WD, issued with WD, Plans approved, Plans approved, obtained TFP

    6. HDB Projects HDB shall continue to have delegated authority for another 6 months from 1 Oct 05 to process outstanding on-going projects which were submitted manually. From 1 Apr 06, outstanding on-going projects which were submitted manually shall seek approval from FSSD as NEW projects.

    7. eSubmission Workflow

    8. On-going Project For E-Submission QP shall synchronise form templates from 1 Oct 05 before submission to FSSD. Submit all original plans and documents (previously submitted to HDB/LTA/JTC) which include application forms, notice of approval, waiver decision letters and drawings BEFORE submission of new amendment plans or application of TFP/FSC. FSSD will thereafter issue letter of approval (with FSSD’s reference number) for resubmitted plan. The relevant approved amendment plan of the same project shall also be submitted to FSSD. QP shall quote the FSSD’s approval reference number in the application form ( AFTER step 3). Letter of approval will also be issued for submission of amendment plans. - For multiple existing approved amendment plans, QP shall follow step 4 for submission.

    9. On-going Project For Manual Submission For manual submission, QP shall make such submission at HQ SCDF, Customer Service Centre. Submit all original plans and documents (previously submitted to LTA/JTC*) which include application forms, notice of approval, waiver decision letters and drawings BEFORE submission of new amendment plans or application of TFP/FSC. FSSD will thereafter issue letter of approval (with FSSD’s reference number) for resubmitted plan. The related existing approved amendment plans for the same project can be submitted at the same time. *Manual submission of HDB on-going projects shall go to HDB for approval.

    10. General Notes for All Submission to be approved by FSSD all plan submitted will be approved under Self-regulation Scheme. No written direction will be issued by FSSD. Submission made to HDB/LTA/JTC will be rejected FSSD submission guidelines will supersede all HDB/LTA/JTC’s guidelines FSSD will reject cases for incorrect info or incomplete application.
