  4. What the Plan suggests… Focus in four broad areas • Sustain and increase membership • Implement successful service projects • Support The Rotary Foundation • Develop leaders beyond Club level

  5. What the Plan suggests… A healthy Rotary Club is a successful one • Retains existing members • Great shop window for new members • Members engaged in projects of choice • Implement successful service projects

  6. What the Plan suggests… A successful Rotary Club is one that: • Develops long-range goals • Sets annual goals • Involves all Members in planning process • Ensures that every member is active in a Club project or function
