  3. Waschaktive Substanzen • Aniontenside • Kationtenside • Niotenside • Häufig verwendete Tenside: • LAS • FAEO

  4. Seifen • Sind Natrium od. Kalium-Salze der Fettsäuren • Rohstoff: Pflanzenfette (Palmöl) • Herstellung: Hydrolyse aus Fetten • Waschaktive Substanzen wirken als „Carboxylat-Ionen“ • Leichter biologisch abbaubar als synthetische Tenside -> schlechtere Waschwirkung

  5. Synthetische Tenside (Waschmittel) • Kombination aus Anion- und Niotenside • Gerüststoffe • Bleichmittel • Proteasen und Amylasen • Vergrauungsinhibitoren • Schaumregulatoren • Optische Aufheller • Stellmittel • Weichspüler
