Goals • Increase awareness of the library’s health and wellness-related resources among university staff and increase the visibility and use of library collections • Help make positive improvements in employees’ health and wellness • Establish partnerships with SU’s Human Resources and other areas of the university to raise the library’s profile with university administration

Things I’ve learned so far… • Repackage and promote resources you already have: • pamphlets • libguides • link to other administrative and campus groups’ websites and ask them to link to yours • e-book collections such as Books 24x7 Wellness Essentials • Offer staff-focused training sessions • Find free online health resources • Look at government and professional associations for free training and teaching materials: • National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Middle Atlantic Region (NN/LM MAR) • CDC Healthy Worksite Initiative • MLA • Feedback provides topics for future sessions
