  4. Aim of the Therapy Programme Development of an addiction-free Personality, capable of Social Reinsertion (job, household, social life)

  5. Practical Problems to overcome … many have broken education … many do not have a profession or are unsatisfied

  7. PEDAGOGICALAPPROACH • Everyone has to developCOMPETENCE • Aim: to COPE with a variety of Life Situations • The Learning Process can take place within INFORMAL FORMAL and TEACHING • The Learning Process has to overcome learning difficulties

Competences to be developed Professional Competence (Specialty Skills) Personal learning Competence (autonomy, efficiency, endurance, will, motivation, curiosity, interest, concentration, organization, integration, learning methods) Social Competence: contact, empathy, verbal and non verbal expression and communication, conflict and team abilities

  9. Art Therapy: “Discomfort” • LEARNING DIFFICULTIES • can lead to isolation and addiction by impeding • in learning a profession • in obtaining and maintaining a job • in getting a supporting social surrounding …. and produce discomfort

Hyperkinetic Syndrome; F70 Cognitive disorders Neurotic developments: • Lack of self-confidence • Lack of self-esteem • Feeling overwhelmed • Fair of failure • Low impulse control • Vulnerability • Reject of responsibilities • Low frustration tolerance • Low capacity of delaying pleasure • Low capacity of resolving conflicts Possible side effects: Behavioural disorders, personality disorders; false compensation through addiction To be treated

Treatment Programme by professional Staff DAILY7 therapy hours of 50 Minutes, one 1 hour lunch pause, 1 ½ hours TC meeting WEEKLY 2 equal days (Monday/Thursday; Tuesday/Friday); 1 sports/group dynamic day (Wednesday); 1 cleaning/art expression day (Saturday); 1 free day (Sunday) • YEARLY (one-week activities) • 3 excursions in natural parks (April, June, September) • 2 Self-confidence / Communication Seminars • (March and November) • 1 Creative Seminar (August) • 1 Olive harvest Project (December)
