The employee will assist in the development of our Dragon Capsule, which is to be used during our 2020 Martian Lander Project. Applicants should have a good understand of engineering design principles, space flight, and the conditions on Mars. They should also be experienced with force calculations, Newton’s Laws, shock force absorption, and designing spacecraft capable of high-speed landings. A good applicant will also be a team player, capable of working with a diverse group of engineers to achieve our ultimate design goals. Candidates should have basic knowledge of the planet Mars, its orbit, and its surface and atmospheric conditions. But more importantly, the candidate must be an expert in chemistry and chemical reactions. You will be part of a team that will be asked to design life-support systems for Martian astronauts.
