Summary By area : • B.157 : • Roof/outside : High coactivity in the coming weeks, but the end is soon … • Primary area : Baseline planning has no slack, anticipation of decabling activities may give us some, • Fast access areas : Slack generally available but high coactivity is expected during the whole worksite, • CLOUD : Everything is ready for the CLOUD RUN, cleaning/decabling at the end of the RUN is very important for the other activities • B.352 : Good progress of decabling activities may allow some anticipation, first beamline installation (End of this year) • B.251 : is on its critical path already, • Don’t forget to communicate any delay in your delivery schedules or if you can anticipate any task.
