What is it? • Welcome2 is an internet platform, a marketplace for the purchase-sales acts of services • It’s a B2B: it allows one to carry-out the sale or purchase of services between companies • It’s a B2C: it allows the registered user to make use of a service supplied by a company It’s a sole setting within which one can: • Carry-out transactions of purchase-sales acts of services; • Settle contracts between seller (Supplier) and buyer (Client); • Memorize phases and necessary documentation to draw-up contracts; • Standardize company processes that facilitate work safety measures and ISO certifications; • Manage activities to be delivered/used within the service so as to abide by the contract arrangements; • Manage feedbacks of the scheduled activities; • Manage tickets on the negotiated activities; • Set-up a workflow of the approved processes of tickets; • Generate reports on existing contracts to facilitate future billings; • Manage profiles, work groups, assets/targets and partners (clients/suppliers) of a company; • Manage various types of notifications compared to system events D.E.C.A. Contractual phases  Client and supplier bring the contract forward 1 Internal Control In this phase the supplier will check if the request is feasible, validating it and making the process go forward 2 Data Acquisition The data is already defined in W2 in an ontological structure, and is completed by the client in this phase, who will insert paces, times, quantity, SLA and ticket authorizations. 3 Diagnosis On the basis of everything he/she has received, the supplier will proceed with the diagnosis and the analysis of the service being sold, otherwise he/she will activate a new planning phase. 4 Project This phase, in case the supplier feels it is necessary, regards the planning or revision of a service 5 Client Re-examination The client is now ready to re-examine the project , and will validate it sending their own impressions or notes to the supplier for an internal re-examination 6 Internal Re-examination in this phase the supplier involves the authorized personnel who, analyzing the project, will guarantee the duration and deadlines 7 Offer The supplier carries out an offer presenting the client with an estimate of costs 8 Client Re-examines the Offer The client analyzes the offer 9 Contract The client accepts the cost estimates and the contract, thus completing the process 10 Purchase Order
