Kendala/ Hambatan • BelumadanyaperangkatperaturantentangpelaksanaanSistemPenjaminanMutuPendidikan (SPMP) diKementerian Agama, terutamamengenaiLembaga yang menanganisecarakhusustentangSistemPenjaminanMutuPendidikan (SPMP); • Belumtersosialisasikannya SPMP kesatuanpendidikan (MadrasahIbtidaiyah, MadrasahTsanawiyahdanMadrasahAliyah).

PeranBalaiDiklatKeagamaan (1) Mengisimasatransisisebelumterbentuklembaga yang secarakhususmenangani/ mengawalSistemPenjaminanMutuPendidikan (SPMP), BDK melakukanperannyamelaluiantara lain: • Menjadianggota klaster 2, untukberbagiinformasitentang SPMP; • Melakukan piloting pelaksanaanpendampinganEvaluasiDiriSekolah/ Madrasah (EDS/M) mulai tanggal 28 Juli s.d 30 Nopember 2011 sebanyak 5 madrasahdi lima wilayahyaitu : Kab Bandung, Kab Bandung Bara, KabGarut, Kab Cirebon, dan Kota Banjar
