  2. What is Management Science? • Management Science is the discipline of applying simple/advanced analytical methods to help make better decisions. • Often these decisions relate to management, thus the term “Management Science”. Business Analysis is also often used as a label.

  3. Where might you find Management Science? Will they give me a credit card? Credit Risk Analysis

  4. Where might you find Management Science? What will I have to pay for my flight? Hotel? Ticket for the match? Yield Management

  11. Management Science Models A simplified representation of a system or situation In Management Science we are concerned with qualitative or quantitative models
