  3. Story of the Rebbitzen The story begins that some thing broke in the rebbe and rebbitzen’s home. So some worker that didn’t live in crown heights but he just came to fix stuff. So the Rebbitzen called and asked if he can come and fix it. So the plumber came and he did his job he fixed it. Before he left, he asked the Rebbitzen, “are you lubavich?” she answered , we are trying. The Rebbitzen asked “why did you ask me this? Because in other lubavich houses, when I come in, I see a picture of the rebbe. But in this house I don’t see a rebbe picture so I asked if you are lubavich. The Rebbitzen answered, “I have an original”

  4. The lesson The lesson is that the Rebbitzen didn’t show off that she is so lubavich and she is the greatest, no she is saying that they are trying because then it would be a chilul hashem. Another part of the lesson that she is not barraging oh I am the wife of the rebbe of course I am lubavicher.

The lesson that we can take personally The lesson that we can take personally for us, it that when we have a friend that we are always with and she isn’t a shlucha, even though we tell her a lot of stuff like oh, I went to this fun museum on Sunday and so on. We should always make sure that you don’t make her jealous by saying oh I went to the kinus and it was so much fun its too bad you missed it, and other things like that. So to when the Rebbitzen was saying that they were trying to be lubavicher and she wasn’t saying oh yea of course I am lubavich
