  6. Identify the problems • The process is • Lengthy • Complicated • Time-Consuming • More paper work

  8. Identify the Root Cause of Problem • Fcs is involved in the process more than needed and that will result in more time and paper work. Potential Solution • Minimize and limit the role of Fcs in the process by giving the lead to the RC (I/A) inspection team.(Cut the fat)
