Health Insurance Premiums for full-time faculty and staff will vary depending on the type of coverage selected. • The CSU contribution to full-time faculty and staff retirement is based on the plan chosen: • Teachers Retirement System of GA (TRS) – 10.28% • Optional Retirement Plan – 9.24% Office of Sponsored Programs

  6. Graduate Assistants (No fringe benefits are calculated) • Student Assistants (No fringe benefits are calculated) • Fringe benefits apply (FICA Medicare only – 1.45%) during months when students are not registered for classes. Students are then hired as Staff. Office of Sponsored Programs
