  14. Conclusions • Technology is not simple. But much more is feasible than the responsible authorities are willing to implement. • Good Technology like in Saxony enables hydrologists to concentrate on their real job. They are released from all administrative and technological tasks. • The Human Factor is the weakest element in the warning chain. • Information Chains have to be defined and implemented according a system to be implemented • or • A system has to be defined and implemented according the Information Chain.
