Major accomplishments in 2013 • Project 1: Regular publications quarterly • Regular publications quarterly • Recruit assistants to help editor job. • Collect advertisement to be self supportive • Project 2: Sections on humanitarian • Brain mobility • Cross-country ICT projects for humanity in R10 • Youth employment US$ 1200/page

Submission Guidelines DOCUMENT FORMAT • Please send your articles in MS WORDfile • Send images separately in .jpeg format (no more than 2 photos) • Please rename the image with its captions. • Excessive tabulation of data or large tables should be avoided. TITLE • The font size of the title and sub-title of the article is 14, Times New Roman, Bold. • Title should be informative and specific, not to exceed 10 words MAIN TEXT • The main text must be typed in 11 Times New Roman, single-spaced. In general, the submitted articles, with author’s information, and two images (at most), should not exceed one page, NAME OF AUTHOR AND AFFILIATION • List each author’s first, middle and last name and affiliation. LINKS • You can also include a link to your Section or SB website LANGUAGE • Papers must be written in English. Spelling and grammar should be checked. • Please avoid using local jargon or abbreviations as the newsletter is read in many countries where IEEE members may not be familiar with those expressions.
