Caso Clínico • Paciente 13 años, sin antecedentes mórbidos de importancia. • Sufre asalto y es herido con una arma blanca (cuchillo) en la región toráxica anterior. • Llega al S.U. en buenas condiciones, vigil, orientado TES, HMD estable, sin dificultad respiratoria. FR: 20 x min., FC: 100 x min., satura 100 % con FiO2 ambiental. • Al examen se observa herida cortante en línea intermamaria, sobre 1/3 inferior del esternón. Sin sangrado visible activo. Sin enfisema subcutáneo. • MP (+) bilateral, levemente disminuido base derecha.
