  2. HISTORY • 1949:Creation of Nestlé’s factory at Saint-Menet. • 2006: The entitybecomesNetcacao. • April 2012: Purchase of the factory by Ivory Coast Cocoa Group. With 30 millions euro of turnover, ICC produce and sells cocoa all over the world. The group holds a manufacturing unit located in Ivory Coast and representations in the EU, in Russia and in Hong-Kong. • June 2012: Restart of the production by Chocolaterie de Provence at Saint-Menet‘s historic site.

  3. INFRASTRUCTURES: • Chocolaterie de Provence remains based on the historic site of Saint-Menet at Marseille. It covers a surface of 45.000 m ². • The factory benefits of successful and adapted infrastructures allowing to master the whole process of manufacturing of the chocolate: from the cocoa bean to the tablet.

  4. SKILLS AND KNOW-HOW: Chocolaterie de Provence remains directed to its heart of business specially: The transformation of the cocoa bean up to finished products.

  5. QUALITY APPROACH AND ENVIRONMENT: • Thanks to high-technology equipment, our lines of manufacturing permit to guarantee a perfect quality and an optimal traceability of products. • Chocolaterie de Provence is certified ISO 22000. It is at present launched in a process of certification quality IFC and BRC.
