DOKTORAND / DOKTORANDIN Thymus In der Schwangerschaft entsprechen Fetus und Plazenta einem „semi-allogenen Transplantat“ Die immunsuppressive Wirkung regulatorischer T-Zellen (Tregs) verhindert dabei die Abstoßung des Feten bis zur Geburt. Das Versagen dieser Mechanismen führt zu charakteristischen Erkrankungen in der Schwangerschaft. Die Induktion „aktivierter regulatorischer Memory-Tregs aus sogenannten „recent thymic emigrants“ (RTEs) ist dabei von besonderer Bedeutung. Thema:Funktionale Analyse naiver CD45RA+-Tregs im peripheren Blut von Patientinnen mit normaler Schwangerschaft und Patientinnen mit unterschiedlichen gestations-spezifischen Erkrankungen Methodik:Durchflusszytometrie, Cell-Sorting, Zellkultur, Proliferationsassays Bitte melden bei: PD Dr. A.
