Interim Policy • New Applications to Appropriate • Open to Individual family domestic filings • Indoor use of 1 family (0.45 acre-feet) • 0.25 acres of irrigation (1.0 acre-feet) • Stock watering up to 10 equivalent livestock units (0.28 acre-feet) • Subject to local interference issues • Larger applications will be held pending the results of the study.

  5. Interim Policy • Applications to Appropriate filed prior to policy, • may be held pending the results of the study, or • may be acted on based on available information. • Change applications will be considered on their own merits • Policy Effective April 23, 2012
