  4. Control portions Many restaurants serve big portions, sometimes it is enough for 2 or 3 people. Ask for the quantity of the dish and order a small portion.

  5. Eat slowly Start your dinner while all foods are at the table. Eat slowly as fast eaters often are overeater. Slow eaters tend to eat less and fully satisfied. Slow eaters can enjoy much with their food.
