About our Social Enterprise Social enterprise Industrial & Provident Society Benefit Community Not for profit Charity with HMRC Regulated by FSA Local subsidiaries OK Set up by NHS staff Nurses Paramedics/ECPs GP on Board Workforce development Modular education Structured assessment, minor illness, minor injuries and LTC Case completion at point of contact = cheaper, quicker & better for patients Rights for staff NHS Pensions for Staff Staff Reps in Board Voting rights at AGM, EGM
