  2. Letter to editor • It is used to give your personal opinion regarding an issue • Agreement or disagreement with an article published in a journal • Sometimes the editor will ask you to consider your case reports as correspondence

  3. Letter to the editor • The authors’ reply to a letter to editor is usually published with the letter • The editor send the letter to the author and asks him/her to reply

  4. Letter to editor • First explain the subject (or article) you want to comment on. • Then express your agreement or disagreement • Give evidence • Conclude

  5. Letter to editor • When you want to reply to a letter regarding your article • Always be polite • Give enough evidence to support what you did
