  18. Timeline • Aug/Sept – verify Lifecycle Contacts • Sept/Oct – call sent to Lifecycle Contacts • Oct/Nov – requests sent back to ITS • Nov/Dec – ITS verifies requests • Dec/Jan – machines ordered • February – distribution begins
