CIEAT Entrance Exam

The Crescent Institute of Engineering Admission Test (CIEAT) is a University level Entrance exam conducted for candidates to avail admissions for BTech courses in the BS Abdur Rahman University. The BS Abdur Rahman Cresent University conducts the BSAUEEE exam which is recently renamed CIEAT. This is to fill the seats for the B.E, BTech, B.Arch courses in various departments. The departments are CSE, IT, E&I, EEE, Civil, Automobile, Mechanical, Aeronautical and Biotechnology. The examination is conducted once a year and the mode of examination is made online.

  2. Introduction The Crescent Institute of Engineering Admission Test is an abbreviation for CIEAT. The other name for this exam is the BSAUEEE exam (BS Abdur Rahman University Engineering Entrance Examination) before. This is a University level Entrance exam conducted for candidates to avail admissions for BTech courses in the BS Abdur Rahman University. The examination is conducted once a year and the mode of examination is made online. The examination is conducted within dedicated exam centers across several cities in India. The number of days for this exam is two days. The duration of this exam is 2 hours. The total number of questions asked in the exam is 100. The questions asked are objective type and each question carries 1 mark. The syllabus is based on three different papers. It includes Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. Candidates who wish to pursue Biotechnology related courses can select Biology as a primary subject. Register for the exam to appear. Students have to follow each procedure that the BS Abdur Rahman University advises. Thus, candidates can appear and qualify in the CIEAT examination successfully.

  3. CIEATEligibility Criteria You must be qualified in official +2/ HSC or relevant examination conducted by the CBSE/ State Board/ ICS or Equivalent boards. Candidates must possess a minimum score of 50% marks in the qualifying exam from the subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. The completed education level of the candidates must be in Full-time, regular and formal education The age limit to apply for the CIEAT exam is, the candidate should be born on or after July 1, 1998. The candidate’s nationality must be Indian.

  4. CIEATExamSyllabus CIEATExamPattern Aspiring candidates who wish to participate in the Crescent Institute of Engineering Admission Test have to be well prepared for the exam. The number of seats that can be grabbed by the candidates in the B.S Abdul Rahman Crescent University is 990 seats. The candidate must be thorough about the exam pattern and syllabus for this entrance exam. The syllabus and exam pattern for CIEAT 2021 has not been altered. The syllabus of the CIEAT consists of three different subjects. The medium of the exam is English. The conduction of the exam will take 2 hours. The total number of questions asked in CIEAT is 100. Each question carries one mark. There are no negative marks for the wrong attempts. The three subjects are Physics Chemistry Mathematics or Biology

  5. CIEATAdmit Card The Crescent Institute of Engineering Admission Test Admit Card will be released online on the website of B.S Abdul Rahman University. The admit card is mandatory to participate in the exam. Only registered candidates will receive the admit card for the exam. It will release two weeks before the exam. Download option for the admit card will be available up to the date of the examination. Login to the website and download the admit card. The candidate who fulfills the eligibility criteria of the exam can register and receive the admit card. The official website will release the admit card online. Log in to the webpage of the B.S Abdul Rahman Crescent University portal by giving the login credentials and password. Download the admit card to your device and check for the details in it. If you find any error in the admit card, contact the examination authority by call or email and correct it. In absence of the photograph in the admit card, attach your recent photograph to it. Get an attested signature from the competent authority on the admit card. Make sure the details in the admit card are correct by double-checking it. You cannot appear for the exam if you do not arrive for the exam at the date and time mentioned on the admit card You will not receive the admit card via post or any other means Bring an ID proof along with the admit card for photo verification to the exam hall.

  6. CIEATResult • The CIEAT exam had been conducted in the month of July 2021. The CIEAT examination authority will release the result officially on its website. Aspirants have to visit the website and log in to find the result of the CIEAT exam. • The result/ scorecard will contain the scores obtained by the candidate and his/her merit rank in the exam. Candidates will be called for counseling based on the merit rank list. The release of the CIEAT results will be made within a few weeks after the examination. • The details in the Scorecard are • Candidate’s name • Enrollment number • Application Number • Examination Date • Category of the candidate • Marks obtained in the exam (total marks and subject-wise) • Merit rank secured

Step2: Click the “login” option to enter the login portal Step3: The login portal has the option to enter the credentials. Step4: Enter the application number and date of birth in the options available and submit it. Step5: Now, The screen will display your result Step6: Look at the qualification details and marks obtained. Step7: Also, look at the important details in the scorecard. Contact the exam authority and correct the mistakes immediately. Step8: Download the Result to your device in PDF format. Step9: Print and make multiple copies for the counseling and future references.

It will redirect you to the application form page. You have to fill in the personal and qualification details of the candidate.
