IBPS was founded in 1975 by A.S. Deshpande. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a government autonomous recruitment body. It conducts recruitment examinations through a common recruitment program for all public sector Banks. IBPS also conducts IBPS RRB Scale 3 exam. It is a national-level banking exam conducted every year by the IBPS. The exam will be conducted in two phrases; online exam and Interview round.   2. INTRODUCTION Banking Personnel Selection popularly known as IBPS. IBPS is a government autonomous recruitment body for banking exams. It conducts recruitment examinations through a common recruitment program for all Public Sector Banks. IBPS also conducts IBPS RRB Scale 3 exam. IBPS was founded in 1975 by A. S. Deshpande IBPS completes the recruitment cycle for bank exams for four unique posts in particular (I) Probationary Officer (PO), (ii) Clerk, (iii) Regional Rural Banks Officers Scale 1, 2, 3, Office Assistant and (iv) Specialist Officer for Law, Management, IT, Marketing, HR, and Agricultural Field Officer. IBPS RRB Scale 3 Officer comprises two phases of selection Online Exam and Interview Round. There is a single Officer application for two both phases. Candidates need to clear the online exam successfully. Successful candidates will be called for interview rounds. The Nodal Regional Rural Banks will conduct a common recruitment interview with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in cooperation with the necessary authorities. Candidates who successfully clear the interview will be recruited as Scale 3 Officer in Regional Rural Banks in participating banks.

  3. IBPS RRB SCALE 3 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IBPS RRB Scale 3 Officer Eligibility Criteria A candidate must fill the required eligibility criteria to be part of recruitment process. A candidate has to meet the age and education qualification criteria to be able to apply for this recruitment. The following is the eligibility criteria for RRB Scale 3 Officer. Nationality / Citizenship of Applicants: A candidate applying for IBPS RRB Examination must be an Indian citizen. Age Eligibility: Above 21 and Below 40 ( Years ).

Step 1: IBPS RRB Scale 3 Registration • Visit the official website  • Click the link ‘New Registration’ on the home page of IBPS • Enter name, phone number, email id and security code • Upon successful registration, a provisional registration number and password are generated • The provisional registration number and password are also sent to the registered email ID and password Step 2: Upload Photo and Signature • Post-registration, candidates need to upload the signature, photograph, handwritten declaration and left thumb impression. • Signature in bold letters are not acceptable  • The impression of the left thumb should be accurately scanned and not smudged. • The handwritten declaration should be in English only Step 3: Fill the detailed application form This page is divided into three parts, basic details, educational qualification & experience, and preferences.
